How do I connect the 700 to the app?

Can I charge my machine right after taking it out of the pool?
Firstly, please turn off the machine to avoid charging issues. Then, ensure the charging port is completely dry, as moisture can cause charging failures or damage the port.
Why is there water or dampness inside the product packaging?
Each unit is carefully tested underwater before packaging to ensure peak performance when it reaches you. As a result, slight dampness or water stains on the machine are completely normal and do not indicate any defect.
